Velvet Lip Pencil

Clio Velvet Lip Pencil is a creamy, velvety lip liner designed to define, shape, and softly enhance the lips with a natural, blurred finish. The smooth-glide formula delivers rich, buildable colour while allowing for effortless blending, making it ideal for both precise lining and full lip application.

Designed in flattering MLBB (my lips but better) shades, it helps create a softly overlined, diffused lip look without harsh edges. The long-wearing formula adheres comfortably to the lips, maintaining colour while preventing feathering or smudging throughout the day.

Content: 1.45g + Sharpener

Outline the lips: Gently draw along your natural lip line or slightly overline (about 1–2 mm outside the lip line) to create a fuller lip effect.

Add dimension: Apply a little more product to areas like the tip, tail, and bottom of the lips to enhance depth and contour.

Blend: Use your finger or a lip brush to softly blend the line for a natural, blurred finish.

Fill or layer: Fill the lips entirely with the pencil for a matte lip look, or apply your favourite lipstick or tint on top.
