Shipping Locations
Beauté Mafia currently ships within Australia only.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation, excluding public holidays.
Dispatch occurs Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via Australia Post using secure, trackable services.
At checkout, customers may select from standard shipping or express shipping.
Shipping labels are generated through our fulfilment system to ensure accuracy and efficient processing.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on a flat base rate and the total weight of the order.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $250 AUD.
All applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly prior to order confirmation.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched and can be monitored directly through the carrier.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are supplied by Australia Post.
Beauté Mafia is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier, including delays caused by peak periods, weather conditions, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Beauté Mafia is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier. In the event of a delivery issue, we will provide reasonable assistance to support carrier enquiries; however, customers are required to liaise directly with Australia Post to lodge investigations or claims.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Beauté Mafia is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional costs incurred for re-shipping returned parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.
