This Shipping Policy applies to Beauté Mafia PTY LTD (“Beauté Mafia”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and outlines the terms relating to the shipment and delivery of orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with Beauté Mafia, you agree to the terms set out below.

Shipping Locations

Beauté Mafia currently ships within Australia and the United States.

Product availability may vary depending on the delivery destination due to carrier, customs, regulatory and product-specific shipping restrictions.

Certain products, including selected fragrances, may not be available for delivery to the United States. Product availability will be determined according to the customer’s selected country or region.

We are continually working to expand our international shipping availability.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch occurs Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International orders may require additional processing time where customs or shipping documentation is required.

Orders are currently shipped via Australia Post using secure, trackable services.

Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on eligible Australian orders over $99 AUD.

Standard and Express delivery options are available where applicable.

Certain fragrance products may be restricted to Standard delivery due to carrier requirements.

United States Shipping

Beauté Mafia ships eligible products to the United States.

Standard and Express international shipping options are available where applicable, with shipping charges calculated according to the total weight of the order.

Available shipping methods, applicable charges and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Certain products are excluded from delivery to the United States due to international transport, carrier, customs or product-specific restrictions. This currently includes selected fragrance products.

Duties, Tariffs & Import Charges — United States

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, clearance charges or other import-related requirements.

Where applicable, duties, tariffs or associated import costs may be incorporated into product pricing or otherwise accounted for as indicated during the purchasing process.

Customers will be shown the applicable product prices, shipping charges and order total prior to completing their purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and are based on the selected shipping service and destination.

For Australian orders, delivery estimates are based on the applicable Australia Post service.

For United States orders, estimated Standard and Express delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing, border clearance, peak delivery periods, weather events, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside Beauté Mafia’s reasonable control.

Customs & International Delivery

Customers ordering from outside Australia are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for international delivery and customs clearance.

International shipments may be inspected or processed by customs or other government authorities in the destination country.

Beauté Mafia cannot guarantee customs clearance timeframes and is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs or border processing outside our reasonable control.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed or appears to have been misdelivered, please contact Beauté Mafia so we can assist with the appropriate carrier enquiry.

We may require customers to provide information reasonably necessary to investigate a delivery issue.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Please carefully check your name, street address, suburb/city, state, postcode/ZIP code and country before completing your order.

Beauté Mafia is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Where a parcel is returned to Beauté Mafia due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be re-sent.

Returned or Refused International Parcels

If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned to Beauté Mafia due to circumstances attributable to the customer, any refund will be assessed once the parcel has been returned to us.

Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable shipping, return shipping or other costs incurred as a result of the return may be deducted from any refund.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Restrictions

Beauté Mafia reserves the right to restrict delivery of certain products to particular destinations where required by law, customs requirements, carrier policies or dangerous goods regulations.

This may include fragrances, aerosols, alcohol-based products or other items subject to air transport or international shipping restrictions.

If a product cannot be delivered to the selected destination, it may be unavailable for purchase within that region or the customer may be notified during checkout.

The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
