Before we arrive

We recommend having someone available to receive your order — after all, we’d much rather place your Beauté Mafia delivery safely into your hands.

If you choose Authority to Leave, you authorise us to leave your parcel in a reasonably safe location at the nominated address. We may photograph the parcel at the delivery location as confirmation that delivery has been completed.

Once an authorised unattended delivery has been properly completed, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer, including the risk of theft, loss, weather exposure or damage occurring afterwards, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

If you’d rather not take that risk, simply make sure someone is home to receive your order.

For a seamless delivery

Please double-check your delivery address, mobile number and any access instructions before placing your order.

Delivery between 12pm–6pm is an estimated window. Traffic, weather, road conditions and access can occasionally affect arrival times.

If we’re unable to complete delivery because of an incorrect address, unavailable access or nobody being available where a handover is required, an additional redelivery fee may apply.
