- Exfoliate thoroughly and remove unwanted hair 6 to 24 hours prior.
- Apply to dry, clean skin free of moisturisers. Using a self-tanning mitt, apply the foam in circular motions. Use the kabuki brush for tricky areas like hands, feet, face, and ears. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, wrists, and hands. Allow the tan to develop for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a deeper result. Rinse off the guide colour in warm water and pat dry.
- Moisturise daily to maintain your tan.
